OVERVIEW

SNOBAN is a brand owned and operated by BUBBA Holding. SNOBAN is not a separate legal entity. This website and all products sold under the SNOBAN brand are operated and provided by BUBBA Holding.

Throughout this website, the terms “SNOBAN,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to BUBBA Holding operating under the SNOBAN brand.

By visiting our website, using our services, and/or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all other policies referenced on this website.

1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

SNOBAN sells massage chairs and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, colors, features, and pricing displayed on our website are accurate. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing updates, product improvements, or other reasonable variations.

We reserve the right to update product specifications, features, pricing, availability, or promotions at any time, subject to applicable law.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, contact, and payment information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel an affected order when permitted by applicable law. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable payment will be refunded.

3. ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or listing errors, product unavailability, or other circumstances permitted by law.

If an order is canceled by us after payment has been collected, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery dates provided by SNOBAN are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address, telephone number, and other information required to complete delivery.

Because massage chairs are large and heavy products, customers may be contacted by SNOBAN or the applicable delivery provider to coordinate delivery.

Customers should inspect their shipment upon delivery and promptly report visible shipping damage or missing items to SNOBAN.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

SNOBAN offers eligible customers a 30-day return period beginning on the date the product is delivered.

Eligible products returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy may receive a full refund of the eligible purchase price. SNOBAN does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Unless the product is defective, damaged upon delivery, incorrectly shipped, or applicable law requires otherwise, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to SNOBAN’s designated return location in Carlsbad, California.

Because massage chairs are large and heavy products, return shipping costs may be significant. Customers are encouraged to contact SNOBAN before arranging a return.

Returns must comply with the requirements and procedures described in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. WARRANTY

SNOBAN products are sold and serviced by BUBBA Holding under the SNOBAN brand.

Massage chairs with an original purchase price of $3,000 or more include a two (2) year motor warranty.

Massage chairs with an original purchase price below $3,000 include a one (1) year motor warranty.

If a motor or other component covered by the applicable warranty is determined to be defective during the warranty period, SNOBAN will provide the approved replacement part at no cost to the customer.

Replacement parts may be shipped directly from China. For approved warranty claims, SNOBAN will pay the cost of the replacement part and standard shipping of the replacement part to the customer.

Before a warranty claim can be approved, the customer must provide clear photographs and/or video showing the problem, malfunction, or defective component. This documentation will be used by our technical team to identify the issue and determine the appropriate replacement part.

Once the warranty claim has been approved, SNOBAN will ship the required replacement part and provide video instructions and/or other reasonable guidance explaining how the part can be installed or replaced.

This is a parts-only, self-service warranty. On-site technicians, repair personnel, installation services, and labor costs are not included. The customer is responsible for installing or replacing the supplied part using the instructions provided by SNOBAN.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper handling, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions, normal wear and tear, cosmetic wear, or damage unrelated to a covered defect.

Nothing in this warranty limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY

Customers are responsible for reading and following all operating instructions, safety warnings, maintenance recommendations, and other instructions supplied with the product.

SNOBAN massage chairs and related products are intended for general comfort and relaxation. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Individuals with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, implanted medical devices, or other health concerns should consult an appropriate healthcare professional before using a massage chair or related product.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BUBBA Holding and SNOBAN will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use of a product contrary to the instructions or safety warnings provided with the product.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability, consumer protections, warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The SNOBAN name, branding, logos, website content, photographs, graphics, videos, text, product materials, and other intellectual property displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to BUBBA Holding unless otherwise indicated.

Such materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior authorization, except as permitted by applicable law.

10. PROHIBITED USES

Customers and website visitors may not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to violate intellectual property rights, transmit malicious software or code, attempt unauthorized access, improperly collect personal information, or interfere with the operation or security of the website.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain website functions, payment processing services, shipping services, financing services, or other services may be provided by third parties.

Use of those services may also be subject to the applicable third party’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies.
